With 25 years of professional experience, Dr. Sahbari specializes in spectroscopy and chemistry. Serving as the chief technical officer of Applied Chemical Laboratories, Inc., he manages the research and development department, and oversees chemists and technology developments. Located in the Silicon Valley, Applied Chemical Laboratories, Inc. manufactures green chemistry products for high technology industries. They supply electronic and photovoltaic specialty chemicals, powder and architectural coating, paint strippers, epoxy and polymer removers. Their chemists, engineers and technical staff are pioneers in the field of environmentally benign chemicals. Several United States and world organization patents have been awarded for their innovative industrial and electronic chemicals, processes and manufacturing proficiency.

Dr. Sahbari received his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry, majoring in Molecular Spectroscopy, from the University of California Davis, with honors, in 1983. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International.
