EMLab P&K's Houston, TX Laboratory Now AIHA Accredited for Viable Mold and Bacteria Analysis
EMLab P&K announces expanded analytical laboratory services for viable mold and bacterial analysis through its Houston, Texas laboratory.

SAN BRUNO, CA, March 17, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- EMLab P&K is pleased to announce expanded analytical laboratory services for mold and bacteria analysis at its Houston, TX regional laboratory. The Houston lab is now accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) for viable mold and bacterial analysis (EMLAP # 193549). Clients are now able to send non-viable and viable samples for mold and bacterial lab analysis. The Houston lab is also able to perform Quanti-Tray analysis. All of EMLab P&K's laboratories and MicroLabs are currently AIHA accredited.

AIHA accreditation represents a laboratory's proven ability to meet or exceed rigorous standards provided by AIHA Accreditation Programs, LLC. The accreditation programs operated by AIHA Laboratory Accreditation Programs, LLC meet international program requirements established under ISO/IEC 17011. Areas of assessment include: quality systems, personnel, equipment, measurement traceability, sampling, accommodation and environment, test and calibration methods, handling and reports.
