Sacramento Capitals and Sims Recycling Solutions hold Electronics Recycling Even
The Sacramento Capitals and Sims Recycling Solutions are hosting a free electronics recycling event at Sunrise Mall next week on July 20th from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. The first 100 people to recycle receive a free ticket to the match on July 21st!
CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA, July 16, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sims Recycling Solutions, the world's largest electronics recycler is partnering with World TeamTennis (WTT) and the Sacramento Capitals at Sunrise Mall to provide the community with an electronics recycling event. The first 100 people to recycle their old electronics will receive a ticket to the July 21st Sacramento Capitals match where you can watch the final match of the season as the Capitals take on the Springfield Lasers. This event will be held on the Sacramento Capitals "Green" Theme Day which is Wednesday, July 20th, 2011 at Sunrise Mall at 6055 Sunrise Mall, Citrus Heights, CA 95610 from the hours of 5:00pm-7:00pm.
The e-waste collection event will be set up as a drive through and drop off event. Staff will be on site to collect items from your car quickly and conveniently. For added convenience, if you are dropping off a monitor or a TV for recycling, please print and complete the collection log found at the www.us.simsrecycling.com/WTT.
Sims Recycling Solutions can accept the following: televisions (TVs), monitors, computers, laptops, cell phones, telephones, printers, speakers, keyboards, mice, PDAs, radios, stereos, MP3s, DVDs, CD Players, and VCRs (etc). Sims Recycling Solutions cannot accept household appliances, smoke detectors, microwaves, batteries, ink/toner cartridges, and cans/bottles.
Sims Recycling Solutions is a 2011 Sponsor of the World TeamTennis (WTT) teams the Sacramento Capitals, the Newport Beach Breakers and the New York Sportimes. As a part of the sponsorship Sims Recycling Solutions is raffling off an Apple iPad 2 for anyone who signs up for the events newsletter on the www.us.simsrecycling.com/WTT webpage.
The Sacramento Capitals is one of the nine (9) co-ed professional tennis teams in the World TeamTennis (WTT) Professional League. Over 16,000 fans come out to support the team each July season as the Capitals return to their former home in 2011 at Sunrise Mall in Citrus Heights, California to play seven (7) home matches.
