HOUSTON, TX, November 17, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cynthia Palomo, Organizational Effectiveness Manager at Ensco International, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in energy services.

With 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Palomo serves as manager of the organizational effectiveness department at Ensco International, an oil and gas extraction company that provides offshore drilling services. She oversees day-to-day program management for performance management, career development and coaching practices. Ms. Palomo creates, designs, and maps competency models/profiles for use across all people development strategies and oversees organizational effectiveness sessions to indentify functional efficiencies.

Ms. Palomo earned a master's degree in organizational psychology and a bachelor's degree in behavioral science, both from The University of Houston. She is also a Certified Human Capital Strategist and is certified in multiple behavioral and personality assessments. Ms. Palomo holds memberships to the Houston Chapter of the Birkman User Group and is a founding member of the Houston Chapter of the Human Capital Institute. Baker Hughes honored her with its Chairman Award.
