Her position entails supervising a staff of 30 associates, resolving critical customer issues, identifying emerging issues and working closely with all business units for resolution, and managing the unexpected. Ms. Horrocks attributes her success in this role to her expertise in customer relationship management.

Ms. Horrocks holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from The University of Western Ontario.
