Jennifer Wester is certified as a professional engineer

IDAHO FALLS, ID, December 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jennifer L. Wester, Staff Engineer in the Department of Environmental Quality for the state of Idaho, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in engineering.

Ms. Wester has five years of experience in engineering, including four years as a staff engineer in the Department of Environmental Quality for the state of Idaho. Her areas of expertise include wastewater and drinking water planning, specification reviews, water reuse permitting, inspecting, annual report reviews, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System inspections, National Environmental Policy Act document reviews, finding facts, and working on special projects. She attributes her success to hard work and determination. She became involved in her profession through her interest in chemistry.

Ms. Wester earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Utah in 2002 and has pursued graduate coursework. She received an academic award from the Golden Key International Honour Society. In addition, she has been professionally board-certified as an engineer. She holds memberships to the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, American Nuclear Society, The Society of Women Engineers, and Golden Key International Honour Society. In five years, Ms. Wester intends to experience professional growth.
