Margaret Ann Ruhl, State Representative, Recognized for Excellence in Public Service
Ms. Ruhl has been selected as a VIP member for 2011-2012 by Cambridge Who's Who

COLUMBUS, OH, September 02, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Margaret Ruhl, Representative for the State of Ohio, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in public service.

During the course of 24 years, Ms. Ruhl has held a variety of jobs for the state of Ohio, including service as the auditor of Knox County and the city of Mount Vernon. Now in her second term as state representative, she focuses on overseeing the rules and regulations for her election district. Additionally, she serves on numerous committees — for financial institutions, housing and urban development, agriculture, natural resources, transportation and homeland security.

Outside of her elected duties, Ms. Ruhl is a member of The Grange, The Exchange Club, the Ohio Township Association, the Knox County Chamber of Commerce, and the Knox County Farm Bureau. Furthermore, she is a trustee of the United Methodist Church and a board member of CES Credit Union, Inc. For her service to her community, she has been presented with multiple awards for volunteerism including one from the Knox Metropolitan Housing Authority.
