For nearly two decades, Mr. Arnold has been managing projects for major oil companies through his consultancy, Proforma Safety International LLC. As its president, he oversees all corporate decisions, contracts and proposals, as well as personally supervising projects. He makes sure that his team of 32 people is properly trained and kept up to date on technology and industry trends in order to provide the best services for his clients. During his team's nine years of service on one project, it was able to achieve a Best in Class HSE performance record.

Mr. Arnold developed his expertise in safety management and engineering, quality assurance and control, failure analysis, and environmental protection through coursework in engineering and fire safety at Texas A&M University and Lamar University. Active within his professional community, he holds memberships with numerous organizations, including ASME, ASSE and IADC. He has been recognized for his work with the SEG High Plus Award from BP and the Arthur Lubenski Award for Ballistics Mitigation from ASME.
